Booking Process

Simply emailing us at weddings@ovoma.com or calling us on 07988850287 with your wedding dates and brief requirements will allow us to put together a quotation for you.

If we are available on the dates you require a deposit is required to secure our services, please don’t leave this too late as throughout the year we are booked up quickly.

Some clients like to do everything over the phone and others face-to-face, the choice is yours, we appreciate everyone has a busy schedule and meetings cannot always be arranged but we are flexible and happy to try and work around you.

Editing Process

After your wedding you will receive all digital copies of the photographs taken, from here a selection is made by yourself. This selection of images will be produced into a draft album layout, ready for you to check or amend.

After your wedding the draft wedding films will begin being edited.  When these films are finished you have the opportunity to review or amend the films before the DVD’s are created.

Amendments can include song changes and the removal or extension of video clips.

In one email simply send us your amendments in one go and we will do the rest.  The amendments need to be in list format with exact time you would like the amendment and a brief description of what you would like including youtube links of any songs you would like replaced.

To burn your films to disc we require you to email 2 full resolution images of each of your events.

Please label which image is for which event and if you would like that image at the front or back of the DVD case.

To receive digital copies of everything including the raw footage we will be happy to do so if you provide us with an external hard drive, we will help recommend which size hard drive you will require if you don’t already have one.

Payment

Payments can be made via bank transfer and the signing of our contract is required upon payment.  Your initial payment secures your dates with our self, unfortunately dates will not be reserved so please don’t hesitate to be in contact.  Please enquire for a payment structure breakdown.
